In regular contact with Investors, GCA is well positioned to identify potential sources of "Reverse Inquiry" interest.

Should the Issuer wish to return to the market for a discrete, moderate sized transaction, such market knowledge provides management with the option of:

• asking GCA to assist the Issuer in working with these Investors to structure and price a follow-on issue; or alternatively,

• work with its designated Placement Agent (s) to arrange the financing.

This can result in attractively priced, bolt-on capital raisings that might not otherwise come to the attention of the Issuer.

Arranged on a discrete basis with a small group of Investors, these incremental placements can be quickly arranged with minimal investment of management time and effort.
